Holiday Homes (Privately owned)
Many of the Holiday Homes that are on the Bardsea Leisure Park are privately owned and take advantage of the great atmosphere of the park and the beauty of the Lake District, without paying for B&B charges.
Disabled Access
Bardsea Leisure Park try to ensure that all of our facilities throughout the park are able to be enjoyed and utilised by all of our guests regardless of how physically capable they are. We always bear in mind access to wheelchairs and other mobilty aides.
Drainage Hook-ups
All our ‘Hardstanding’ awnings have got drainage hook-ups ready for use.
Water Hook-ups
Essential to any comforatable environment is a supply of freah water, all of our guests have unlimited mains water access from their awning.
Electrical Hook-ups
Again the Hardstanding sites all include an electrical hook-ups at 12volts, also a Television aerial.
Laundry facilities
We have a fully featured laundrette on site for use by our guests, with washing machines and tumble driers.

Designated Parking
All of our guests are given space to park at minimum one car sized vehicle next to their pitch during their stay, in addition to this allocation any guests can park in the Bardsea Leisure Park guests parking area.
Pets
A family pet left at home isn't always an option, never fear you are allowed to bring your family animal with you as long as certain rules are adhered to should be no problem at all.
Children’s playarea
You have to travel very far to get the kids to burn off extra energy, we've a large children’s Play area with swings and slides built to help you entertain young minds.
Sanitary Block
There's no need to go into the countryside and bring it back to your accomodation, we have a large shower and wash room facility with hairdriers available for those who aren't in a holiday home or just forgot it at home. We try to make your stay with us here in the beauty of the Lake District as comfortable as possible.

At Bardsea Leisure park we are ideally positioned to take advantage of the local facilities and attractions, here are just a few of them that will add to your enjoyment of any stay at the Bardsea Leisure Park.
Beach
The south coast of Cumbria is less than a mile away, with a wonderful view across the Lune Estuary and a very relaxing atmosphere.
Outdoor Swimming pool
Definately a summer only activity but on a hot day is an excellent place to cool the whole family dow, it's only 5 minutes walk away so you won't need to drive there either.
Golf course
Always a great way to unwind, we have a full 18 hole course within a mile of our parks location. Close but not too close which should ensure that none of the balls find the Leisure Park.
Fishing
With water on nearly 3 sides of the area there's always going to be somewhere to cast-off and sit back. Regardless of whether it's fresh water or Open water there are numerous choices.
