This information does not cover the purchase of caravans, motorhomes, campervans or any other purchases from Bardsea Leisure made outside of the website.

Prices and VAT

All prices are in £s sterling and include VAT at the current rate. The prices and terms and conditions set out are correct at time of going to print. On the rare occasion where there is an error, we will do our best to inform you at the earliest opportunity when your order is placed. We reserve the right to cancel any orders and will refund any costs associated to that order. All products are subject to availability. Although we aim to keep prices up to date, circumstances beyond our control (including changes in rates of taxation, currency fluctuations or inflationary cost increases) may cause price changes up or down.

Payment

The payment of a purchase from the website can be made by Visa, Visa Electron, Visa Debit, Maestro, Mastercard and Solo through PayPal. Authority for payment must be given at the time of ordering. All orders are placed via a secure server.

Returns

Any unwanted item can be returned within fourteen days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding postage and packing charges). The item should be complete and unused in its original unopened packaging and a returns authorisation should be obtained from Bardsea Leisure beforehand. If an item is faulty please contact us for a Returns Authorisation number and we will ask you to either post the item back to us or we will arrange a courier to collect the item. Upon receipt, the item will be tested and if found to be faulty will be replaced or refunded (in full including return postage costs originally borne by you). If found not to be faulty you will be given the option of having the item returned to you at your cost or a refund (less 20% restocking charge and all postage costs).

Liability

Bardsea Leisure shall not be liable for any losses or damages caused by a delay in delivery of goods that are beyond our reasonable control.

Availability

We aim to hold all items in stock, however, should an item be more popular than we expected, there might be occasional delays when ordering. If this does occur then we will contact you by either email or telephone to notify you of this.

The design, content, and all images contained within the website are owned by Bardsea Leisure or our suppliers and may not be copied or reproduced without prior written permission.

Privacy

Bardsea Leisure collects information about its customers that is necessary to process payments, make delivery of customer orders and provide a high standard of customer support. Occasionally we may contact our customers with special offers or to find out how we can enhance our service. We will not provide details of our customers to any other organisation, except to comply with statutory or legal obligations.

Tracking

In order to improve its usefulness we are constantly monitoring the usage of this site. This is carried out using Google Analytics, Statcounter.com and data we gather directly on the orders we receive via the site. No information that can be used to identify an individual customer is included and the information gathered is not available to anyone not directly involved with running and maintaining the site.
